Lakeland is located next to Intestate 4, approximately 25 miles east of Tampa and 35 miles southwest of Orlando, each of which has an International Airport.
We serve clients who seek immediate access to Interstate 4, in addition to industrial parks near north-south and east-west arteries. The Polk Parkway, a toll expressway that is becoming more important in the County’s infrastructure, and connects to I-4 on the east and west side of Lakeland.
With the impending widening of the Panama Canal, Lakeland is poised to be a geographically strategic distribution point for national, international and global companies looking to reach the eastern United States.
