Joe P. Ruthven – is the Founder and Owner of “The Ruthvens” and Joe P. Ruthven Investments. Mr. Ruthven is a successful Lakeland businessman and community leader in Central Florida since 1957. In addition to being a former Mayor of Lakeland, Joe P. Ruthven has served as Chairman of the Lakeland Regional Medical Center board, Business Development Chairman for the Central Florida Economic Development Council, and is an inductee into the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Hall of Fame.

Greg Ruthven, CCIM – is President of “The Ruthvens”, and has over 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate. Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), President of the Florida Chapter in 2006, and is a registered Florida broker. Greg oversees leasing, development and finance. He is past Chairman of the Lakeland Planning and Zoning Board, past President of the Lakeland Rotary Club, past Chairman of United Way Fund and serves several boards in the community.

Joe L. Ruthven – serves as the Operations Manager for “The Ruthvens” where he is primarily responsible for new construction and maintenance activities. Joe L. joined the family business in 2000 after a previous career as a project engineering and maintenance manager in an industrial environment. Joe L. is also a licensed real estate sales associate.
